Nurturing Inner Balance - Honoring the Autumnal Equinox-Meditation, Reiki, Sound Healing

We will honor the shift of season using the power of Reiki, Guided Meditation and Vibration! This is a community event utilizing Reiki Healing Energy, Crystal/Tibetan Bowls and sound instruments with gentle guided imagery.

No experience needed. Bring a mat, some water and anything you need to enhance your comfort for meditation. A few reclining chairs are available by reservation. Please use the comment section during registration.

Registration will be needed for this event due to the limited number of spaces available. Please feel free to reach out with any questions about the session or about the process of a group Reiki Session. 

We will  present Reiki and Guided Meditation which together are powerful relaxation tools. By adding in Rio’s sound/vibrations, the room becomes infused with rejuvenating energy, creating perfect environment to recharge and welcome inner balance and reflection

The full session will last an hour though there will be time at the end for questions and comments. Please come 10 minutes early to find your comfortable space and settle in.  

Parking will be out back, at the very last building. Drive around until you reach the end of the parking.  Use the rear ramp entrance and follow signs to the Awakening Room.
