Description
This workshop is an experiential introduction to integrative healing practices for professional and personal growth. Participants will learn about several integrative practices, with accompanying experiential sessions, that includes research into the health and self-care benefits. Participants will learn strategies for utlitizng these practices at home, in the workplace and as well as in high stress behavioral health environments. 6 CEC's available.
