Chakra Connect is...

  • A Virtual 8-week experience where we explore the chakra system through movement, meditation, music, and discussion. Each session will focus on a different chakra, using dance and imagery to activate and balance energy.


  • A mindful movement, meditation, and sound healing practice. I will share Reiki energy throughout the journey to support your energetic alignment and well-being.


  • A unique opportunity to release, restore, and reconnect—with yourself and your inner wisdom. You will be offered verbal prompts and music to move/dance to, using the Chakras as a guide.
