Relax and Detox -Acupuncture and Reiki

Welcome detox, inner balance and release utilizing Auricular (ear) Acupuncture and optional Reiki Healing Energy. This will be a group experience. The room will be darkened and gentle music will play while the participants receive 5 small sterile needles to each outer ear. The points target places in the inner body for detoxification, release, and deep relaxation. This process offers a physical and emotional release and connection to self that helps many to manage life's challenges. We will finish the session with warming detoxification tea.

Description

Registration will be needed for this event due to the limited number of spaces available. Please feel free to reach out with any questions about the session or about the process of a group Session. All participants will need to complete a waiver form which will be sent after registration. 

Auricular Acupuncture  alone is a powerful relaxation tool. By adding in optional Reiki Healing Energy and a quiet environment, you will find yourself fully relaxed and at peace.

 Please come 10 minutes early to find your comfortable space and settle in.  

The session will be held in the Hope Room.  Participants will be seated for the session using  couches and comfortable chairs. Feel free to bring blankets, water and any thing else for your comfort

While these conditions do not preclude participation, it is important to disclose if you are:

  • Pregnant
  • Have a pacemaker (or other heart condition)
  • Have diabetes
  • Have a blood disorder or are on blood thinners
  • Have a history of fainting or seizure
  • Are at high risk for infection
