Description
Using visualization, intention and Reiki, we will let go of unnecessary thoughts and energy and begin fresh in 2024. You are welcome to offer your own practices for working to release/detox and share with our community. Bring your crystals, aromas or any connections you desire to aid you in this process. We will use Reiki within the meditation. 60 minutes
This event will be available free of charge on Insight Timer. Participants of Insight Timer Live events do not need a camera or a microphone. The presenter is the only one who can be seen.
