What is Chakra Connect?

Chakra Connect is...

• A Virtual 7-week experience where we explore the chakra system through movement, meditation, music, and discussion. Each session will focus on a different chakra, using dance and imagery to activate and balance energy.
• A mindful movement, meditation, and sound healing practice. I will share Reiki energy throughout the journey to support your energetic alignment and well-being.
• A unique opportunity to release, restore, and reconnect—with yourself and your inner wisdom. You will be offered verbal prompts and music to move/dance to, using the Chakras as a guide.

Each class will highlight a different Chakra. The Final Session will cover all 7 chakras and will be held as a stand alone drop in class.  

Agenda: 

1. Basic introduction of the Chakra system and then more deeply about the "Chakra of the session".
2. Improvisational movement prompted by verbal and visual cues based on the Chakras
3. After cool down, a guided meditation using the Chakra of the session and Crystal Bowl sound healing. 
4. Conclusion and discussion. 

Each participant will be required to fill out a liability waiver form before the session begins.
