Loving Kindness and Reiki Meditation

Love is in the air with the arrival of St. Valentine’s Day. Kindness is the 4th of the Reiki Principles. We will look to both with a brief discussion on kindness. Then, use Reiki Energy with a Loving Kindness meditation. 45 minutes.
